TANIISHK PTY LTD (collectively, “us”, “we” or “TechnoSports Australia or TSA”) owns and operates this Website/App. Access to and use of this Website/App and services available through this Website/App (collectively, Services) is subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (Terms and Conditions).

By using TSA website or services, you are agreeing to the below Terms and Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you must not use this website or the Services.

1. Returns & Refunds

For warranty claim, you are required to return the goods to us within 20 days of purchase if the buyer is not satisfied with the product, if the product is unused and in its original packaging. The buyer will need to cover shipping costs and a copy of the invoice will need to be presented.

2. Money Back Guarantee

Money Back guarantee on all the items if returned within 20 days (in the same condition as they were delivered in).

3. Warranty

Cricket Bats

Cricket bats are made from willow and cane and these natural raw materials will weaken with usage, this is what we call ‘wear and tear’. When a willow is repeatedly hit by a cricket ball then eventually the bat will wear out. It is very important to prepare it for match play properly and look after it correctly. Bat warranty is valid for 3 months, if the bat breaks due to manufacturing fault (and no rough usage), we will replace it. Please watch How To Prepare Your Cricket Bat For Use to reduce the risk of damage and maximize the life of your TSA cricket bat. Warranty is subject to the following criteria.

TSA reserves the right to withdraw the Warranty Service if our experts deem that the bat has been subject to damage due to one or more of the following:
1. The bat has not been properly knocked-in, oiled and cared for.
2. Deliberate damage.
3. Use of poor-quality balls.
4. Normal wear and tear.
5. Mistimed shots.
6. Yorker damage.
7. Excessive bat tapping.
8. Water damage.
9. Poor storage conditions (too damp or dry).
10. Usage against the bowling machine.
We recommend the bat to be manually knocked in and not by the machine, used in the nets for at least 3-4 sessions, throw downs, high and low catches etc. After it has been knocked in, please oil the toe & shoulder of the bat. We highly recommend a bat facing on it before you use it at training or in a match.

Soft Goods

Warranty on soft goods is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that, warranty only covers manufacturing fault. Soft goods such as gloves, pads, thigh guards, arm guards etc. can be replaced if there is damage due to split seams/stitches which is covered under warranty if the product has been unused and is in its original packaging. Any damage due to general wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Kit Bags

Kit Bags are under warranty for 2 months. Warranty covers manufacturing fault (general wear and tear are not covered under warranty).

Other Products

All other products with warranty claims will need to be assessed individually.

4. Shipping

We can ship to anywhere in Australia between 3 to 10 business days, International shipping is available. In Melbourne, you can come visit us to check it out before purchasing. Reach out to us to organise a meet up/pick up.

5. Security

We use the payment platform called “Paypal” for all payment transactions on our website and app. Their terms and conditions can be found at https://www.paypal.com/re/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security. TechnosportsAustralia will not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using Paypal secure servers.

6. Privacy

  • Taniishk PTY LTD Privacy Policy is available at https://technosports.com.au/privacy.
  • Parties to this agreement must comply with all applicable Privacy and Data Protection Laws.
  • Any Personal or Customer Information collected by each party must:
    1. Be used only for the purposes of carrying out this agreement;
    2. Be maintained accurately;
    3. Be used only for the purposes of carrying out this agreement;
  • You must immediately inform TechnoSports Australia if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access by a third party to any Personal Information held be you.
  • You agree that Taniishk PTY LTD may use information it collects related to your transactions on the TechnoSports Australia website/app for the purposes of providing, enhancing, marketing and management of the TechnoSports Australia website/app.
  • Any user identification code, password or any other piece of information that form part of Taniishk PTY LTD’s security procedures you must treat as Confidential Information and you must not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password at any time. If you become aware or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must immediately notify us at technosportsaustralia@gmail.com
